Housing in Cologne - Terms and ConditionsLease price
The lease price is quoted per day and includes the use of the flat and its equipment
(as well as bedclothes), the consumption of cold an warm water and electricity. At the
end of a rental period a tail end amounting to 65,00 Euro is required. Parties to a contract
The leasing of this holiday is effected privatly between the owner of the holiday flat and
the leaser. The renter is noted in the booking contract and thus contractual partner of
the leaser. For this a written booking agreement will take place. It is stipulated that
exclusively the owner of the holiday flat is responsible for the fullfillment of the
contract and the notice of defects. Booking
An obligatory booking agreement is accomplished by a written booking agreement. Even
when it was booked via the online reservation form. As a result a booking confirmation
will follow. Payment practices
We accept only prepayment in the form of bank transfer. By confirmed booking the amount
has to be transfered within 10 calender days. By short term booking the money has to be
payed cash to the owner of the holiday flat. Checks and credit cards won't be accepted.
Should the guest cancel the reservation for any reason, so he has right of a reimbursement
of costs less following payback dues: Arrival and departure
The given times in the booking agreement are considered to be the arrival and departure
dates. Individual arrival/departure times can be respected as possible. Accommodation
The accommodation will be handed over cleanly and in a proper situation. A visitation of the
accommodation before move-in allows the guest to assure himself of the flats state.
The move-in follows not until the remaining amount has been paid. Other agreementsThe tenant has to agree to a security deposit amounting 300 Euro. The security deposit has to be paid cash at the hand-over of keys or transferred not later than the start of rental to the given banking account. In case that neither the rental object nor furniture or the common property was damaged, the security deposit will be paid back completely to the tenant. In case that the total sum of the caused damages exceed the paid security deposit, the tenant has to pay for the remaining costs. |
